Terms of Service

Welcome to ByteBridge IT. By accessing our website, using our SaaS applications (including ByteBridge Billing), or contracting our physical IT infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. IT Services and SaaS Products

SaaS Usage: Access to our software products requires a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our usage policies or engage in illegal activities.

Physical Installations: For CCTV, networking, and server setup, timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors or environmental factors outside our control.

  1. Billing and Payments

SaaS subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Physical service installations require a deposit as outlined in your specific contract, with the balance due upon project completion.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Intellectual Property
    The ByteBridge IT website, custom software solutions, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of ByteBridge IT. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our code, designs, or content without explicit written permission.

  2. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteBridge IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our software or physical network setups.

  3. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
